Job Description

Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Fresher)

Location: [Remote/Hybrid/On-site – specify]
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing technical projects.
  • Coordinate between cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and product).
  • Help define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential risks or blockers.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates.
  • Support senior TPMs in managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
