We're hiring a TPA Executive with good knowledge or interest in TPA processes, including pre-authorization, claim submission, and follow-ups for both cashless and reimbursement claims. The role involves coordination with TPAs, insurance companies, and internal departments for smooth OPD/IPD billing and claim processing. Basic knowledge of Excel for report maintenance and data tracking is required. Candidates must be graduates in any field (BA/B.Sc/B.Com or equivalent). Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Familiarity with TPA portals and hospital billing software will be an added advantage.
