Tour Manager

You are an experienced International Tour Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing global tours. Your main responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee international travel itineraries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers. Your role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in international travel logistics, and excellent customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and manage international tour packages, ensuring smooth execution. - Coordinate with global travel partners, hotels, airlines, and local tour guides. - Ensure all travel documents, visas, and itineraries are properly arranged and communicated. - Accompany tour groups to international destinations, providing guidance and support. - Handle travel-related issues, emergencies, and itinerary changes professionally. - Stay updated on global travel trends, visa policies, and international tourism regulations. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote international tour packages. - Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing traveler concerns and ensuring a hassle-free journey. - Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and cost-effective tour operations. - Conduct post-tour reviews to enhance future travel experiences.
