We work with top-tier artists to create unforgettable experiences. We're looking for an experienced Artist Tour Manager to oversee all aspects of artist touring and live event logistics. Job Summary: As an Artist Tour Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of national and international artist tours. You will serve as the primary point of contact for artists while on the road, ensuring that all logistical, technical, and hospitality needs are met with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tour schedules, including transportation, accommodations, venues, and crew logistics. Serve as the liaison between the artist, venue, and production teams. Manage tour budgets and expense reporting. Oversee day-to-day tour operations to ensure smooth execution. Advance shows and communicate technical/hospitality riders to venues. Handle artist travel, check-ins, and time management. Anticipate and resolve on-the-road issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure the safety and comfort of the artist at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tour Manager or similar role in live events or music industry. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours. Knowledge of tour budgeting, logistics, and contract negotiation. Calm under pressure and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. Valid passport and driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in a second language. Experience working with international artists or festivals. Familiarity with touring software and budgeting tools. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + per diem + travel expenses.
