Role: TOSCA CRM Automation Tester

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pune, Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Dynamics CRM365, functional consultant, MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules

• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
• Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015
• Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
• Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements
• Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same
• Good Communication is must Should be in position to address users questionshow to
• Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements
• Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios
• Must have SSRS reporting services experience

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
• Basic knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
• MS CRM configruation knowledge
• Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
