Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for internal/external software tools, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to tools and applications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to diagnose and fix tool-related problems.
  • Monitor tool performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.
  • Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Assist with tool integration and automation tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or vendors when necessary

Experience:

  • Experience on Summit & solarwinds
  • Tech / B.E/ Technical Grads.
