Tool Design Engineer

As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Ability to Read & Understand CAD drawings. - Preparation of CAD Drawings (2D & 3D). - Hands-on Experience in Sheetmetal Product & Tool Designing. - Hands-on Experience in Injection Moulding Tool Designing. - Basic knowledge in Engineering Mechanics & Strength of Materials. - Proficiency in working with NX software. - Good Analytical skills. - Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems. - Basic knowledge in Jigs & fixture design. - Knowledge in GD&T. - Re-Modification of Dimensions and change of Plan according to the projects. Key Skills required for this role include: - Technical understanding: Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanics. - Innovation: The ability to be innovative and come up with new ideas. - Effective communication skills to collaborate and convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams. - Project Management: Design engineers must manage projects, deadlines, and budgets effectively. - CAD Software: Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and NX is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma / B.E in Mechanical Engineering with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
