Component Model Core & Cavity Extraction with Draft Analysis Report
Mold Base Design
Die Layout Completion
Conduct the CFT Review for Layout Finalisation
Insert & Slider RM Release
Mold Base RM Release
Cylinder Procurement Sheet Release
Final Design Completion
Final Mold Base Release for Manufacturing with Scope of Supply
Final Core & Cavity Model Release for Manufacturing
Final BOM Release
Final Die Parts 2D Release for Manufacturing
Final Die Proving Data Ensured in Teamcenter (PLM)
Final Design Data Ensured in Teamcenter for Repeat Tool

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.Tech
4 - 5 years of experience in HPDC Tool Design
Experience with NX software
Should have experience in High Pressure Die Casting
Should have experience in NX Mold Wizard for parametric core & cavity die splitting
Should know HPDC Design Calculations
Should have experience in casting model preparation
Should have experience working independently on 2D preparation
