Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Tool Designer with a strong background in progressive tool design , particularly for electrical terminals , as well as draw tools and stage tool design . The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of tool design principles and hands-on experience in resolving tool-related issues that arise during manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop progressive tools, draw tools, and stage tools for sheet metal components, for Automotive and electrical sectors. Troubleshoot and resolve daily technical issues related to tool performance and design. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality tools. Oversee and coordinate the entire tool manufacturing process—from concept to commissioning. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to manage expectations and provide technical support when required. Required Skills: Proven expertise in press tool design with a strong focus on progressive die design. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes related to tool making. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Software Requirement: Mandatory: Proficiency in Vero VISI (Progressive Tool Design module) . Candidates without prior experience in Vero VISI must be open to undergoing a 10–15 day training program provided by the company. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Tool Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of relevant experience in tool design (preferably in the electrical or automotive sector).
