Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Creating 3D model and 2D drawing in any common cad software as per customer specifications.
Developing Tool model as per specification.
Methoding Design using Magma soft and AutoCAD layout drawing preparation.
Other mechanical data transfer work.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality design work
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members on design processes, best practices, and creative strategies.
Manage workloads, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Lead the design strategy for digital and physical products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and refine design requirements.
Present design concepts and final deliverables to clients, senior leadership, or external partners.
Track design progress, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
