🎯 Role: Co-Founder / Tokenomics Lead

You will:

• Lead the design and modeling of the HYK Token (☯) and overall token economy
• Work directly with the founder on whitepaper and investor decks
• Help define mechanics for TGE, staking, utility, rewards, and treasury management
• Collaborate with Web3 devs, designers, and community managers
• Ensure sustainable, secure, and incentive-aligned token systems
• Support funding strategy (IDO, IEO, VC, grants)

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 1+ year experience in Web3 (DeFi, DAOs, GameFi, or NFT projects)
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, governance models, and market dynamics
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, Layer 1 & 2 chains)
• Worked on or designed token launches, vesting schedules, or token utility flows
• Comfortable with whitepaper writing, models, and economic narratives

Bonus Skills:

• Web3 technical literacy (smart contracts, dApps, bridges, wallets, protocols)
• Financial modeling or prior fundraising experience
• DAO treasury management or incentive design exposure
• Knowledge of token regulation, compliance, and legal boundaries
• Communication, strategy, and community alignment instincts
