T&O Practice Organization Change Management Senior Consultant

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in the Organization Change Management track at Infosys Consulting's Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice, you will play a crucial role in leading large-scale transformation projects, focusing on Digital Transformation, AI&I programs, and Large ERP transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to provide effective change management consulting, collaborating with internal teams to develop technology and non-technology solutions, and contributing to business development through thought leadership and practice building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the organization change management track in significant transformation projects, including Digital Transformation, AI&I programs, and Large ERP transformation programs - Act as an effective change management consultant, supporting clients in their transformation journeys either independently or by leading a change team - Collaborate with Infosys Consulting teams and other Delivery Units to create impactful technology and non-technology solutions, focusing on change strategy and mitigation strategies - Motivate client stakeholders and team members to drive momentum and foster a high-performance culture - Develop thought leadership to shape market perspectives, contribute to business development efforts, and engage in practice building activities within the change management community Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in top-tier consulting post MBA, preferably specializing in change management for technology and non-technology-driven transformation programs - Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end change management interventions in at least 2-3 transformation programs - Comfort working with digital solutions in information systems/technology-driven transformations - Proficiency in developing change strategies for large-scale, globally-reaching transformation programs - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication (written and oral), and interpersonal abilities - Ability to deliver impactful communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions effectively - Skilled in building executive-level relationships and past experience in management consulting with renowned firms - Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, PCI) would be advantageous Please note that this position is open for hiring across Pan India.,
