undefinedYour Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and company policies, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. Good Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, SPS, Technical Cleanliness, OEE, FPY, NCC1, Standard Work etc. terms.Supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to production line team members, including task assignment and performance evaluations. Coordinate in shifts production activities, set up the line for specific orders, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, mechanical problems, and other production challenges in a timely manner with right time escalationsMaintain accurate production records, reports, inventory levels, and downtime documentation. Analyze production data, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and waste reduction. Work with other departments, such as quality, engineering, and supervisors, to ensure a seamless production flow and timely order completion. Working in to shift pattern.

Your Qualifications

Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline Your Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in VT.Minimum 6 Month experience in this role/equivalent role.undefined
