Additionally, you will prepare employees for their roles through orientation and training programs and support the business by developing and retaining human capital. You will play a key role in creating a positive work environment and overseeing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. It will be your responsibility to assess training needs, implement training programs, and provide decision support to management through HR metrics. Legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management is also crucial. To excel in this role, you should have proven working experience as an HR manager or a similar executive position. Being people-oriented and results-driven is important, along with a strong understanding of human resources metrics and HR systems. Your ability to develop HR strategies, build relationships at all levels of the organization, and stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices will be key to your success. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development. Active participation in HR communities like HRMS/NHRD is also beneficial for this role.,
