Title RTE

Role Overview: In your role as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at Colruyt Group IT, you will be responsible for managing the Agile Release Train (ART) of Xtra, an innovative mobile application that delivers personalized shopping services. As a servant leader and ART coach, you will facilitate ART events and processes to support teams in delivery by communicating with stakeholders, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the Agile Release Train in coordination with multiple dev-ops teams and business operations teams. - Set up and prepare the product increments, facilitate PI Planning, and make PI objectives transparent within the Agile Release Train. - Facilitate synchronization moments, support arbitrations between cost and business value, monitor and report on the delivery of features and capabilities. - Manage risk within the Agile Release Train, escalate and follow up on issues, identify resource needs, ensure optimal collaboration, demos, improvement initiatives, and quality processes. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of work experience in IT, preferably in an Ecommerce/Digital context with experience as an RTE. - Knowledge of SAFe (2-3 Years) and experience with Lean and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage risks, stimulate continuous improvement, and develop teams. - Analytical skills to divide projects into smaller components while keeping the bigger picture in mind. - Proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with colleagues and partners. - SAFe Practitioner and RTE certifications are required. Additional Details: You will be based at the CGI Hyderabad office with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
