As part of the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive in Pune on 12th July 25, you are required to attend the interview scheduled from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Infosys BPM Limited, Hinjewadi, Pune. Please ensure you carry a copy of this email, 2 sets of updated CVs, a face mask, and a valid identity proof (PAN Card/Passport). The role available in Pune requires candidates with any graduation degree (15 years) and at least 2 years of experience. The shifts will be rotational, and you must bring your PAN card for the assessment process. Key Responsibilities: - Expert knowledge and experience in the Quoting Process, preferably in the IT Support industry - Dealing with concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order - Understanding key stakeholders such as Vendors, Sellers, Buyers, and Customers - Providing subject matter expertise for complex issues - Creating training curriculum & Work Instructions - Identifying process improvements - Providing customer-facing root cause assessments Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in a BPO environment - Bachelor's degree - Proficiency in MS Excel - Hands-on experience in Quotations and Service Contract Renewal processes - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills - Experience in Quotations Management, clear communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, troubleshooting abilities, and training experience are desired. - Experience in creating a knowledge base is an added advantage.
