1-Monitor and resolve raw material inspection issues; ensure supplier part quality2-Implement IATF standards and maintain compliance with quality procedures.3-Conduct daily rejection analysis and drive improvements to reduce internal PPM.4-Support engineering in APQP and new product development; assist production in process improvements.5-Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and corrective actions.6-Develop and update quality documents (SOPs, Control Plans, FMEA) as per engineering changes.7-Track and report quality indicators (COPQ, internal/external PPM).8-Ensure employee training through Gurukul and staff programs.9-Promote CSR awareness and ensure waste management compliance.
