Title Quality Analyst

Job Responsibilities And Major Activities/ Tasks

• Study the customer drawing with reference to the Engineering standards and concepts (GD&T).
• Knowledge in Cad Drawing (GD & T) (CF & IF Concept Sheet preparation)
• Update and communicate the inspection fixture development progress status of each event or milestones to customer as well as management.
• Lead and coordinate new product development activities in alignment with customer specifications and organizational goals.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address internal and external quality issues. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans as per IATF standards.
• Functioning with the team for HLTO to achieve the part quality and closing the quality loop.
