Job Description

GESTAMP AUTOMOTIVE CHENNAI PVT LTD is looking for Title Quality Analyst to join our team

Lead and coordinate new product development activities aligned with customer specifications and organizational goals.
Study customer drawings and engineering standards using GD&T concepts.
Develop and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans as per IATF standards.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of internal and external quality issues.
Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Update and communicate inspection fixture development progress status to customers and management.
Function with the team for HLTO to achieve part quality and close the quality loop.
