As a Sales Manager for Ceramic Tile Industries, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Your role will involve actively seeking out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms. Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations, and represent the company at exhibitions or conferences. Negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints or objections, and leading and motivating team members to achieve better results are crucial aspects of this role. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams will also be essential. Qualifications Required: - University Degree - 3-to-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in Ceramic Tile Industries - Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language - Basic knowledge of MS Office - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Fast learner with a passion for sales - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations The company operates on a Full-time job type basis with benefits including Provident Fund.
