Sales Person

The responsibilities of this role include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various methods like cold calling, networking, and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns. Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services. Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections. Leading and motivating team members to achieve better results. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams. The requirements for this position include a University Degree. 3-to-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in Ceramic Tile Industries. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Being a fast learner with a passion for sales. Being self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Having an aptitude for delivering attractive presentations. This is a Full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund.
