Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Officer located in Kochi. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing ticket sales, handling customer service inquiries, processing reservations, and providing comprehensive sales support. The role requires effective communication with customers and assisting with travel and tourism-related services offered by ICL Fincorp.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ticket Sales and handling Reservations
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Skills and experience in Sales
• Proficiency in using ticketing and reservation systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or travel management will be an advantage
