Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Ticketing Agent. The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling ticket sales, making reservations, providing customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. The role involves daily interactions with customers to manage their travel needs, process transactions, and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Ticket Sales and Reservation skills
• Must have amedues and gaellio knowledge and issue tickets on it
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
