As a TICKETING/RESERVATION MANAGER at Hayal Travels Pvt Ltd, your role will involve implementing ticketing targets effectively to focus on maximum ticket generation and meet company booking goals. You will handle domestic and international ticket reservations using GDS platforms, with a strong emphasis on achieving daily and monthly ticket sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficiently processing ticket cancellations, rebookings, and refunds. Clear communication with clients regarding flight options, fares, and travel policies will be crucial, as well as coordinating with airlines, suppliers, and travel partners for booking confirmations. Ensuring timely delivery of travel documents to customers and maintaining updated knowledge of airline policies, offers, and travel advisories are key aspects of this role.
