Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. As a Reservations Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing travel bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the sales team and work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide expert guidance.

• Must have knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo)
