Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Travel Consultant, your role will involve creating PNRs, issuing tickets, handling re-issuances, refunds, cancellations, date changes, voluntary and involuntary changes. You should have experience in managing International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares, and staying updated with airline information. Key Responsibilities: - Creation of PNRs, ticket issuance, re-issuance, refunds, cancellations, date changes, voluntary & involuntary changes. - Handling both International and Domestic sectors. - Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo. - Familiarity with City Codes, Airport Codes, and Airline Codes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry. - Graduation with knowledge of ticketing. - Diploma in Travel & Tourism or IATA Certification.,
