Joining our Global Call Centre in Gurugram, the role we are seeking to fill requires expertise in PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling, and a good understanding of GDS systems. This dynamic position combines customer service excellence with revenue generation acumen, emphasizing effective ticketing processes and upselling opportunities. The interview process consists of a 1st round with the HR team followed by a 2nd and final round with the Hiring Manager. Key responsibilities of the role include handling end-to-end ticketing processes, executing changes and modifications, coordinating with airlines and customers, and providing exceptional service to address inquiries and resolve issues. To excel in this role, you must possess in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Galileo and Sabre, demonstrate proficiency in managing international and domestic ticketing operations, have a strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs, and exhibit excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Additionally, you should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
