Job Description

Manage accounts payable/receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

  • Manage IC commission statements and reconciliations.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support senior team members in financial analysis, month end close and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the travel industry is required.

  • Proficiency in Excel and TRAMS software knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Use critical thinking and communication.
  • Comfortable working in the US Day Shift.
  • Review commissions (both ACH and Check)
  • Effective communication for vendor/team coordination.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a structured work environment.
