Role Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts for Finance with Sharan YouTube Channel and FWS Clips.
• Work closely with the content and strategy teams to align thumbnails with hooks, emotions, and CTR goals
• Maintain visual consistency while continuously experimenting with new thumbnail styles
• Deliver fast turnarounds to support daily content requirements
  

What are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram thumbnail psychology
• Prior experience with finance, creator, or infotainment content preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools
• Ability to think from a viewer and performance-first perspective
• Portfolio is mandatory for evaluation
