Thumbnail Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching and high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the content, video editing, and marketing teams to understand the content's tone and objective.
• Create multiple thumbnail variations to test CTR (Click-Through Rate) performance.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all designs.
• Stay updated with trends in digital content, YouTube creators, and social platforms.
• Edit and enhance images using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
• Deliver high-quality graphics within deadlines.
• Adapt designs based on analytics, feedback, and viewer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Thumbnail Designer or similar graphic design role.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other professional design tools.
• Understanding of design principles, composition, color balance, typography, and branding.
• Ability to create compelling visuals that drive attention and clicks.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating thumbnail work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in YouTube content formats, digital marketing, or social media creative design.
• Knowledge of trends in thumbnails (faces, colors, text, emotion, layout styles).
• Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with educational/EdTech content.
• Ability to handle high-volume content creation
