Job Title: TGT Music Teacher Location: India Work Mode: On-Site Role Responsibilities Design and implement engaging music lesson plans. Teach students music theory, history, and performance skills. Conduct music classes for various age groups. Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Organize and participate in music-related events and performances. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum. Utilize technology and modern teaching tools in lessons. Encourage creativity and individual expression in students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Provide guidance and support for students' musical development. Stay updated with the latest music education trends and methods. Establish and uphold classroom rules and expectations. Foster a love for music among students. Involve parents in the educational process when necessary. Participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field. Teaching certification for the relevant grade level. Strong proficiency in at least one musical instrument. Experience in teaching music to children. Knowledge of various musical genres and styles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with classroom technology and software. Patience and adaptability in a classroom setting. Commitment to ongoing professional growth. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Experience in organizing music events is a plus. Understanding of music curriculum guidelines. Creative lesson planning and execution.
