Textile Engineer

Technical & Product Responsibilities

• Understand textile products (fabrics, yarns, finishes, machinery, or chemicals) and explain their technical features to customers
• Provide technical solutions based on customer needs (quality, cost, performance)
• Assist customers with product selection, trials, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams for custom requirements

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers and markets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Customer Support & After-Sales Service

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct follow-up visits and performance reviews

Market & Industry Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands
• Collect feedback from customers and share insights with management
• Suggest improvements or new product opportunities

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports
• Maintain records of quotations, orders, and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams
• Act as a link between customers and internal technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
