You’ll lead process optimization, chemical formulation, and quality control initiatives across our production lines.

• Develop and refine chemical processes for coating and finishing
• Optimize formulations for buckram and HDPE-coated fabrics
• Monitor chemical dosing, temperature, and curing parameters
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on machine integration
• Ensure safety protocols and environmental compliance
• Conduct lab tests and scale-up trials
• Train production staff on SOPs and chemical handling

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Textile Chemistry
• 3+ years in textile manufacturing or finishing
• Knowledge of coating formulations, binders, and curing processes
• Familiarity with VFD-integrated machinery and process automation
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
