As a highly skilled Textile Engineer specializing in Inventory Management, Factory Management, and Quality Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and product excellence in our team. Your deep understanding of textile manufacturing principles will be key to overseeing production processes, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and implementing stringent quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Inventory Management (2-3 years experience):** - Optimize warehouse storage and material handling processes to reduce costs. - Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and prevent stockouts. - Conduct periodic inventory audits and analyze trends to improve stock control. - Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to maintain an efficient supply chain. - Oversee and manage raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure optimal stock levels. - **Factory Management (2-3 years experience):** - Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth production flow. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations. - Manage workforce allocation and provide training to enhance productivity. - Monitor and optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and improve efficiency. - Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance factory performance. - **Quality Management (2-3 years experience):** - Ensure compliance with industry quality standards, certifications, and regulations. - Develop and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high product standards. - Conduct inspections and audits to identify defects and implement corrective actions. - Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to customer specifications. - Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement. **Required Qualifications:** - Proficiency in inventory management and ERP software. - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication skills for coordination across departments. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong knowledge of textile production processes, materials, and industry standards. - 2-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Factory Management, and Quality Management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in sustainable textile production practices. - Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Assurance. - Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company's work environment includes factory and office settings. There may be occasional travel to supplier and vendor locations.
