Qualifications Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and expertise in the Textile Industry Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) related to textiles Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving Attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality and standards Experience with lean manufacturing or process optimization is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field
