Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 3-5 year minimum Automation and testing experience in payments domain Good understanding of the Payment schemes and e2e flows for domestic & Cross Border payments scheme at least for one or 2 countries. Sound of understanding of payment formats such as ISO20022(HVPS, CBPR+), SWIFT MT standards for ASP & Europe region Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and best practices. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SCRUM best practices. Strong knowledge in automation testing tools, such as TOSCA, Selenium or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills Understand dynamics of HSBC working environment and navigate through for successful delivery of projects Qualifications: Bachelor s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering) Soft Skills Required: Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data). Time management Ability to work with virtual & matrix global teams Good analytical skills supported by Strong decision making and problem solving skills & attitude Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
