Performance Test Engineer

Job Title: Performance Test Engineer (Oracle EBS ) Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Jaipur, Gurugram Experience: 4-7 Years Shift Timings: 2-11 PM Work Mode: C2H (6 Months) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer (Oracle EBS ) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing of Oracle E-Business Suite applications, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies . This role involves ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Oracle EBS modules through rigorous performance testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress testing for Oracle EBS modules. Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. Use industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) to simulate user load and assess system behavior under stress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment , attending and contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Track and manage test cases, defects, and performance issues using JIRA . Provide comprehensive performance test reports and recommendations for performance optimization. Required Skills: Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , particularly in performance testing. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. Experience using JIRA for test and defect management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
