Back Key Responsibilities Test Case Design and ExecutionYou'll create detailed test cases covering various scenarios, including functional, usability, performance, security, and compatibility testing You'll then execute these test cases meticulously, documenting results and identifying any defects Bug Reporting and TrackingWhen you encounter a bug, you'll report it clearly and concisely, providing detailed steps to reproduce the issue You'll use a bug tracking system to manage and prioritize bugs, ensuring they are addressed effectively Collaboration with DevelopersYou'll work closely with developers to understand the application's functionality and provide them with clear and actionable feedback on bugs You'll also participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall quality of the product Automation TestingYou'll explore and implement automation testing tools to streamline repetitive test cases, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent test coverage Performance and Load TestingYou'll conduct performance and load tests to evaluate the application's stability and responsiveness under various conditions You'll identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations to enhance user experience Staying UpdatedThe world of technology is constantly evolving You'll need to stay abreast of the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to ensure you're using the most effective approaches Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role University degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3 years of experience in mobile or web application testing Understands how to test software and other products applying Test principles and using common Testing tools Understands software development life cycle (SDLC) Strong experience in creating test cases, organizing test suites, planning tests, and executing tests Strong experience in building and performing automated software tests Strong experience in Cucumber BDD Testing Strong experience in testing Frontend Web application, including Experience in Accessibility testing and Web Page performance testing Strong experience with Agile Testing principles Communicates clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing Experience in Test management tools, like TestRail or Xray Understands Java & Python languages Worked with Agile teams Team player, Autonomous, Curious and positive Pays attention to details while understanding the big picture Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Remote) Years of Experience7-10 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
