Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Testing AI/ML Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-driven test automation strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, automation frameworks, and leadership experience in building scalable testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust AI-driven test automation frameworks for complex applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and data scientists to gather and define AI/ML testing requirements.
• Lead the creation of automation strategies for data generation, model validation, and performance evaluation of AI/ML systems.
• Identify and implement AI technologies and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and coverage of test processes.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and Conversational AI for innovative test use cases.
• Ensure alignment with Agile and DevOps practices to support continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of test automation engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Continuously analyze test results to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with strong hands-on experience in Selenium.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI model testing, test data management, and performance benchmarking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing test teams and deliver quality in fast-paced environments.
