Job Title: Python Lead – AI/ML Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 6+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Lead with strong experience in AI/ML technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications. Drive end-to-end development of AI/ML models — from data preprocessing and model development to validation and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. Mentor junior developers and ensure best coding practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques. Stay current with latest advancements in Python and AI/ML to continuously improve system performance and capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python . Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects (e.g., model development, deployment, data pipelines). Proficient in AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy etc. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
