As a ServiceNow Professional at YASH Technologies, you will play a crucial role in testing ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules within the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 8-11 years of experience in testing ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules in ServiceNow - Demonstrating Automation and UFT experience - Developing and enhancing Automation frameworks - Testing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and other ITSM applications - Working with defect Management tools like HP ALM/JIRA - Understanding technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow - Engaging in Agile Development/Methodologies - Capturing metrics, generating reports, and creating dashboards - Showcasing excellent troubleshooting skills in any application - Exemplifying good oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team-focused environment across multiple projects - Interacting with demanding customers effectively - Possessing strong communication, presentation, and writing skills - Leading a team and demonstrating good knowledge of excel for comparing large datasets YASH Technologies encourages a career-oriented, inclusive team environment that promotes continuous learning and growth.
