Test Engineer

Job Role: Python Tester

YOE: 4 to 8 years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a skilled Python Automation Test Engineer to design and develop robust automated testing solutions. You will be responsible for creating test scripts, maintaining test frameworks, and collaborating with developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

  Python

• Develop and execute end-to-end automated test plans for web, API, and backend applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to identify test requirements and scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Develop reusable test libraries and maintain test data and configurations.
• Contribute to improving automation best practices and test coverage.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to QA standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Python-based test automation

• Experience in

  API testing

  using tools like

• Familiarity with

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
