- Maintain up-to-dateinternal documentationand compliance databases.
- Manage and organize all documentation related toproduct testingand certification.
- Provide technical support for lab testing and resolve compliance-related issues.
- Stay informed about globalcybersecurity regulationsand communicate updates to internal teams.
- Supportcybersecurity certification documentationfor various APJC countries.
- Conductinformation security assessmentsacross domains such asproduct security,network security, andapplication security.
- Address inquiries related to Cisco products, regulations, and compliance.
- Utilize Cisco product experience totroubleshoot and manage lab tests, particularly for telecom and security compliance, ensuring products pass tests and secure necessary approvals.

Minimum Qualifications
You bring a strong foundation incybersecurity protocols,compliance frameworks, andCisco technologies, coupled with experience in regulatory environments.
- Education:
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree inElectrical EngineeringorComputer Sciencewith skills incomputer programmingandcybersecurity protocols.
- Experience:
- Minimum of6 yearsof related experience incybersecurity compliance.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge ofcompliance frameworkssuch asSOC2,ISO27001, andCommon Criteria.
- Hands-on experience withCisco technology and equipment; certifications such asCCNA,CCNP, orCCIEare preferred.
- Familiarity with commonIT systems,IPv6,MPLS,IP protocols, and telecom lab setup/testing for routers and switches.
