Test Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and implementing an overarching test automation strategy, defining objectives, priorities, and long-term goals for automation within the organization. Your role will involve recommending tools and technologies for solving complicated enterprise-grade application ecosystem problems, as well as managing multiple teams to deliver projects with high quality in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work on data modeling and data management and engage with clients to create customized solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive experience in test automation, including automation framework design - Designing a system to work seamlessly in single tenant on-prem/cloud architecture and SaaS architecture - Experimenting and recommending tools and technologies for enterprise-grade application ecosystem problems - Guiding teams through code refactoring and improving coding standards - Managing multiple teams to deliver high-quality projects - Having a strong grip on data modeling and data management - Collaborating with clients to create customized solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of Information Technology experience with a focus on Test Automation - Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies - Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG - Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C# - Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools - Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities - Ability to design and build scalable test automation frameworks - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Project management skills to oversee automation projects Additional Company Details: QualiZeal is North America's fastest-growing independent digital quality engineering services company.
