Job Description:

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role driving large scale QE projects
• Deep expertise in full-stack test automation: Web, API, Mobile/Digital, Database, and TDM solutions.
• Strong exposure to AI powered quality engineering practices predictive analytics, generative AI for QE, Agentic AI, RAG self-healing automation, and intelligent test data management.
• Strong experience in preparing test strategies, test plans with deep technical experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks using open-source & COTS tools.
• Proven experience in technical consulting, solutioning, and assessments for large enterprise clients.
• Strong background in pre-sales, RFPs, solution architecture, and business consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into revenue, aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence CXO-level discussions.
• Strong understanding of modern delivery models (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud-native, Microservices)
• Experience solution approaches, proposals, and technical statements of work (SoW) tailored to client needs.
• Proven expertise in client consulting experience with a track record of driving high-impact QE transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing sizable QE teams and driving effective people management skills.
• Skilled in establishing and monitoring automation and quality that link directly to client ROI and revenue.
