Test Architect

As a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect, your role will involve defining and driving the testing strategy, framework, and tooling across multiple teams and platforms to ensure software quality, scalability, and speed of delivery in alignment with business goals. - Design and implement the enterprise-wide test architecture, encompassing tools, frameworks, and best practices for both functional and non-functional testing. - Take the lead in devising the test strategy for various platforms such as web, mobile, API, and backend. - Define the scope, strategy, and governance of automation across Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Collaborate effectively with product, development, DevOps, and QA teams to guarantee testability and coverage. - Champion the adoption of shift-left testing and in-sprint automation methodologies. - Evaluate and provide recommendations on tools for test automation, performance testing, security testing, and service virtualization. - Offer mentorship to QA engineers, imparting technical guidance on automation design patterns, performance engineering, and test data management. - Establish quality metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility into product readiness. - Play a pivotal role in contributing to and reviewing test plans, scripts, and scenarios for critical features or complex integrations.
