As a Territory Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our market presence in the assigned territories. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories. - Identifying and acquiring new customers, while also up-selling to the existing customer base. - Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure. - Building strong relationships with key accounts. - Developing a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, and effective account planning. - Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. - Providing regular reports and actively participating in performance review meetings. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to devise appropriate response strategies. Key Requirements for this role include: - A successful track record in retail and project sales. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in an Electrical Background. - Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. - Geographic exposure will be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel as required. - Proficiency in sales and marketing, along with experience in sales strategy development. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proficiency in market data analysis and competitor information. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the team effectively. The territories currently hiring for this position are: - North Territory: Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR - North East: Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, and Arunachal Pradesh - North West: Rajasthan and Gujarat - South: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu - South West: Maharashtra and Goa - South East: Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and West Bengal - Central: Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand Salary for this position is negotiable, and immediate joiners are preferred.
