As a Territory Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our market presence in the assigned territories. Key Requirements for this role include: - A successful track record in retail and project sales. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in an Electrical Background. - Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. - Geographic exposure will be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel as required. - Proficiency in sales and marketing, along with experience in sales strategy development. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proficiency in market data analysis and competitor information. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the team effectively.
