Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Pune. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the sales cycle for NoBrokerHood’s products, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospective clients, nurturing leads, managing customer inquiries, providing training to onboarded clients, and achieving sales targets while addressing customer needs. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to optimize client success and drive business performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving sales goals
  • Proficient in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in conducting and facilitating Training sessions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role
  • Understanding of community and facility management services is an advantage
