Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets in the assigned territory through effective channel and field engagement
• Build and manage strong dealer and distributor networks
• Conduct farmer awareness programs, product demos, and field events
• Monitor market trends, collect feedback, and report on competition
• Coordinate with internal teams for demand planning and product availability
• Ensure timely reporting and achievement of KPIs
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture or related stream

• 5–7 years

   of successful field experience in agri-input sales (preferably hybrid seeds)
• Strong network in the assigned territory
• Good communication, sales planning, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural markets
